On March 30, Reinette Senum held a breaking interview with Kevin Jenkins from the American Frontline Doctors (AFLDS) Oversight Committee. Kevin claimed all three AFLDS Board members — Joey Gilbert, Richard Mack, and Jurgen Matthesius — had resigned. He also claimed Board member Sheriff Richard Mack stole $350,000 from the organization’s bank account before leaving, and that criminal charges would be brought against Mack.
Jenkins said that an earlier internal audit revealed $30 million dollars were unaccounted for. It was thought to have been stolen and laundered by Dr. Simone Gold, AFLDS founder.
The story of AFLDS’ legal woes started when the Board (under the leadership of Joey Gilbert) did an initial audit while Gold was in jail on January 6 charges. The audit revealed that she had spent AFLDS money to purchase a $3.7 million home, three vehicles, and other excessive spending. As a result, Kevin Jenkins was hired as Chair of an Oversight Committee to look into the accusations of fraud and embezzlement against Gold.
According to one of Gold's first interviews explaining the scandal, she committed no crime. The purchases were signed off on by the Board, and two of the three Board members were now falsely accusing her of embezzlement. She responded by filing a lawsuit in Arizona against the two members. This was part of an effort by Gold to have the members removed from the Board and regain control of AFLDS in its entirety. (There are many details to this story left out here, but I’m just providing a broad stroke.)
Though Gold claims to have brought the suit against Board members Mack and Gilbert in an effort to remove them from the Board, the judge determined Gold did not have the authority to remove Board members. According to the judge, the Board members would have to step down themselves.
The judge also determined that the organization was in serious trouble, and that all parties were complicit. During the trial it was revealed that Board members were paying themselves tens of thousands of dollars.
The judge in the Arizona court decision wrote:
"The parties to this dispute all owe fiduciary duties to the company. They all seem to have forgotten that. Instead, the parties have chosen to spend time and resources fighting with each other in Court."
Gold claimed the judge determined that Mack and Gilbert were, in Gold’s words, “fundamentally dishonest and corrupt in their self-dealing.”
The Board and Oversight Committee have known for at least a couple months that $30 million went missing because the missing money was revealed in an earlier audit. Though myself, Reneitte Senum, and even Mathew Crawford via a different source, discussed the missing funds in a recent interview, none of us have access to the actual evidence. Of those within the organization who do have access to this evidence, none had gone to the authorities or told the American people until the Senum interview with Jenkins. Jenkins claimed that the oversight committee have been unable to complete their forensic audit due to lack of access to Gold’s bank accounts, and reiterated that the missing millions were first discovered in an earlier, separate audit.
The Arizona trial disclosed that Board members were paying themselves outrageously high salaries. Growing concern from within, and from without of the organization, mounted that nothing would be done about the $30 million because those in a position to do something were more interested in bleeding out the remaining funds — thought to be around $6 million.
It appeared that the back-and-forth public attacks were either various factions vying for access to the remaining funds, or nothing more than a smoke-and-mirrors campaign to “control demo” the entire organization and bury all the money with each of the bad guys walking away with something.
How much money really could have been stolen? There are ways to estimate how much money AFLDS raised and earned over the last two and half years. Just a few days ago, Reinette and I joined Mathew Crawford on Rounding The Earth to discuss this very question, among others. Watch HERE:
Until very recently, Jenkins’ message had been focused on removal of Gold by exposing the fraud she engaged in, as well as the importance of saving AFLDS because he considers it a critical organization for the health freedom movement. On numerous occasions Jenkins cited Citizen Corps as an example of a branch of the organization that is still doing good work and going strong.
I, however, have always been of the opinion that Citizen Corps was nothing more than a data-harvesting operation run at the top by the same Israeli team behind AFLDS’ Frontline News. In fact, noticing suspicious patterns in the Citizen Corps Telegram groups over two years ago was what led me to start researching AFLDS. I shared some of the crossover between Citizen Corps and the notorious Harry/Gina/Carolina Bonita operations in the Themis Report (Appendix 2, page 11).
Appendix 3 of the Report is the Citizen Corps manual for state leaders. I believe it is a guide book for mapping the patriot landscape for the purposes of data collection and analysis. I’ve spent hundreds of hours analyzing these types of groups. I have directly and publicly asked Citizen Corps leaders questions only to be kicked out of groups or ignored. Citizen Corps displays the same nonsense behavior as the template set forth by the Harry/Gina/Carolina team. From Citizen Corps’ inception, there has also been crossover management with the Harry/Gina/Carolina operations.
Around January 2022, AFLDS put out a statement claiming their Citizen Corps Telegram channels by state had all been compromised and needed to be shut down. They told prospective members if they wanted to be part of the Citizen Corps network, they would have to fill out an intake form on AFLDS’ website (AFLDS loves taking people’s personal information), and a link to their state chapter on Telegram would be emailed to them.
But here’s the odd part. The Citizen Corps state channels were not shut down. They were simply renamed to “P8riots” groups. For example, the New York Citizen Corps channel was renamed to “New York P8riots.” This nomenclature was the same for every state across the country. No announcement or explanation was given to members in these groups. The switch just happened all of a sudden one day. All signs of the groups having been Citizen Corps or AFLDS-related were removed.
At one point, the national Citizen Corps Member Alerts channels posted a promotion for P8triot Collective, linking to a broken URL.
Searching P8triot Collective brought me to a website of the same name which ironically is also claiming to map the patriot landscape. It’s unclear if they are friendlies or not, but my advice is to always focus locally. It is best to steer clear of anyone claiming to help a movement by mapping anything at the national level, patriot or otherwise.
A LinkedIn page for a woman named Christina Wilson shows her to be the National AFLDS Citizen Corps coordinator as well as co-founder of the P8triot Network. So it seems the P8triot Network was born out of or launched parallel to Citizen Corps. Why is no one publicly addressing the fact that the original Citizen Corps channels have all been integrated into a completely new initiative?
It is unclear what Christina Wilson’s true role is, but the Citizen Corps/P8riot operation has been rotten from day one. With AFLDS tanking at the moment, I thought it particularly important to point out that the Citizen Corps/P8riot branch of AFLDS is just as suspicious as the rest of the organization.
Jess Abu is a Citizen Corps employee who went on the Stew Peters Network on November 15th, 2022 as an AFLDS “whistleblower.” She talked about how badly Gold was treating people and the money being spent. Yet, there was no mention of the team running operations out of Israel. Didn’t that constitute a sin of omission? Did Jess Abu, the “whistleblower,” go to the authorities to report the missing $30 million? Nope. Months after coming onto Stew Peters’ show to “blow the whistle,” Abu had not even quit her job at AFLDS where she is the main admin/moderator for Citizen Corps groups. The two AFLDS Citizens Corps Member Alerts screenshots above were both written by Abu.
While JM Baldoz does not appear to be directly aligned with AFLDS, her interaction with Wilson and Abu merits mention because she is a known bad actor, and there are multiple instances of crossover between her initiatives and Citizen Corps. Baldoz is the founder of Covid Vaccine Victims, a Telegram group which seemed to appear on the scene around January 2021 with 120,000 members no less. These numbers are highly improbable given that even AFLDS doesn’t have more that 20,000 members. Covid Vaccine Victims shares stories of those who have died from the vaccine, and also sells access to online homesteading/survival info packets (which I can’t imagine she knows anything about being a resident of metropolitan New York).
Baldoz was booted from the New York City health freedom organizing community after it was discovered she was running Harry/Gina/Carolina’s New York state subgroup operation. She told members of her various Telegram groups not to attend legitimate events, but instead go to competing events she had organized. Baldoz almost destroyed one local organization by accusing the founder of sexual assault. She further absconded the passwords to that group’s online network after having weaseled her way in as an admin to ostensibly help them manage their website and mailing list.
Back to the Oversite Committee’s investigation. Jenkins has now publicly stated that there is indeed $30 million dollars missing. The accusation that Sherriff Richard Mack has taken $350,000 dollars from the bank accounts needs to be investigated and clarified, but that should not overshadow the far greater crime of the disappearance of $30 million. Why haven’t criminal charges been filed against Gold for the missing millions?
It’s also interesting to note that Gold claimed she filed the Arizona lawsuit against Mack and Gilbert in an attempt to remove them from the Board. When that failed, she called upon her followers to pressure them to resign by publicly sharing Gilbert’s cell phone number during her early-on interview explaining the scandal.
Though it seems like a productive outcome to have Mack and Gilbert step down as there clearly was malfeasance, it’s hard not to notice the fact that Gold’s wish to remove Mack and Gilbert has been granted. Without the Board, what will become of AFLDS? What will become of Simone Gold?
Its clear that a lot has been going on internally that the public doesn’t know about, I certainly don’t have all the information. That said, I’ve found it hard to understand why Jenkins and the Oversight Committee didn’t immediately pursue legal action when discovering $30 million of the American people’s money had gone missing.
One option would be to shut down AFLDS, put the funds toward hiring a strong law firm with teeth for a new more focused lawsuit. Hire a monitor to manage the lawsuit and any payouts to claimants with money left over. Surely a court can demand the audit records be presented so some form of justice can be achieved.
From its inception AFLDS was a political strategy injected with dark-money PAC members from the right and (at least in part) run out of Israel. The organization operates a data-harvesting scheme, colludes with multiple known bad actors, and failed to deliver its services or goods to thousands of paid members. Can such an organization be savable?
Excellent reporting, and let me add that I enjoyed your interview on RTE the other day. I have followed Reinette for some time, having signed up w/AFLDS at the very beginning but rapidly becoming suspicious. Simone Gold quickly began to make a lot of it about her, and the feel of her leadership was suspect. When I first heard about so many people sending money & not getting help, I was sad for so many people but grateful that I never actively joined their operation.
The reality of people PAYING their own hard earned $$ for access to a medical consultation & early treatment meds, but getting NOTHING, breaks my heart. The entire corruption of medicine by Pharma.gov with greedy scammers lurking on the periphery is awful.
Keep digging & sharing!
This is why I've really taken a turn away from most of the front line doctors (most). They are raking it in. The regurgitation of sensationalistic and already known information is old too. I'm finding the smaller doc's, independent journalists, and the scientists fighting are where the gold is.
